4.5 Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale abuse.

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback attempt after a product has shipped or been delivered, we reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and signed freight documentation to the payment processor to dispute the claim.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action where permitted by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.4 Freight Deliveries & Inspection

Certain products, including saunas, cold plunges, and other oversized items, may ship via freight carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery before signing any delivery documents. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Failure to report visible freight damage upon delivery may affect eligibility for replacement, refund, or freight claims.
