Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between LuxeScape Supply, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / ACH Payments (if available)

2.3 Payment Due Date

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is due at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • Subscription Services (if applicable): Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle.

3. Invoicing

  • Invoice Issuance: Invoices are generated upon order completion.

  • Delivery Method: Invoices are sent electronically via email to the billing contact provided.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up-to-date.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, a 1.5% monthly late fee will be charged on the outstanding balance.

4.2 Suspension of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. Services will resume once full payment, including late fees, is received.

5. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge, notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Include your invoice number and a brief explanation.

6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds or credits are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes including, but not limited to, sales tax, VAT, or GST.
If you are tax-exempt, a valid tax exemption certificate must be provided at the time of purchase.

8. Billing Errors

  • Corrections: We will promptly correct any billing errors we discover.

  • Overcharges: Refunded or credited.

  • Undercharges: You may be billed for the remaining balance.

9. Subscription & Recurring Payments

9.1 Automatic Renewal
Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. We may send a reminder before the renewal date.

9.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription by notifying us in writing at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle. Services will remain active until the end of that period.

10. Payment Security

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

  • We do not store credit card information on our servers.

  • Transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Your continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the issue.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Macomb.
