At LuxeScapeSupply, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our fulfillment partners.
🕒 Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@luxescapesupply.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
🚚 Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At that point, the order will fall under our standard Refund Policy, and you may request a return (if eligible) once the item has been delivered.
🔧 Custom or Final Sale Items
Orders for custom-built, made-to-order, or final sale items cannot be canceled once the order is placed. These items are clearly marked on their respective product pages.
💳 Refund Processing
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe:
